As I pursued my excitement for cooking I sought out to further my skills by working at various places as a gourmet prep cook learning the craft, different techniques, and studying under great chefs. While working at an exclusive nursing home, I specialized in the dietary supplements of cooking and adhering to special dietary needs. I was contracted to work at an Italian restaurant that had just opened. There I learned the operations of starting and running a successful restaurant. Rising to Head Chef and cooking every menu item homemade from scratch. Working directly under a great German chef, I learned the different backgrounds of various ethnic cuisines, catering to the diversities and complexities of multicultural palates. My passion and love for food to heights of no barriers is high!!!
